Seth Borland
Designer

Seth, originally hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has an undergraduate degree in Art & Art History from Williams College in Williamstown, MA, where he was co-captain of the swim team and a 3-time All-American.  He migrated south to warmer weather shortly thereafter and received his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.  During his final year in Austin, he was Co-Editor of ISSUE:, the annual design magazine published by students at the school of architecture.  His work experience has taken him to numerous U.S. cities including Tallahassee and Boston after college, a summer position in Austin, with a brief stop in Chicago before finally settling down in Houston.  The projects he pursued were diverse and ranged from a small university building in Cleveland to a hospital in Haiti in collaboration with Partners in Health.

He's an active member of the Williams Society of Alumni in Houston, and a founding member of NESCAC Houston, an organization that brings together all eleven schools in the Bayou City.  He's also training for Houston's Half-Marathon in January 2012.
